  I wholly echo the sentiments of the other reviewer. While we were there, they were awful (for example, I had to pay £50 for removal of a wasps nest from the vent in my room 1 week after moving in!)
  
  They stung us out of most of our deposit from their fraudulent 'cleaning' costs. When we went back to the house afterwards, they had very clearly done nothing.
  
  There are loads of other letting agents in Birmingham - never ever use this one!
