  After setting up a policy with The Insurance Factory I was told I had the date wrong for a motoring conviction on my licence, so I was charged £50 to correct this! This now made the policy cost more than other quotes that I obtained. Also my renewal was so much more than the first year I have not renewed, found other cover for £200 cheaper! The staff were all reasonable to deal with but the companies business ethics are awful.
