  Awful agency, staff in the
  Perry Bar branch are completely incompetent and unqualified, I have had problem after problem with them.
  
  I spoke to senior management at this branch Alan Kola, he was outright rude and would not admit to their inadequacies.
  
  Despite having a property management agreement, the agency failed to complete any of there responsibilities until prompted several times.
  
  I would not recommend any landlord or tenant to go through Midland Letting & Sales.
