  Absolute disgrace.had my sons circumsion today. Only to hear the man to say its not today. Said we sent you an email and phoned you regarding cancellation. Which nobody did no one emaild or phoned me. So angry. Had day off work. Made arrangements for my daughter who is a heart patient to be looked after
  No apology or anything from the recepionist.
