  The Elusive JenStar
  Weoly Castle Branch - Very poor service and communication resulting in us not knowing what was going on for half the time. Our solicitor was rude and not at all understanding of the fact we were nervous first time buyers who were unfamiliar with the house buying process.
  Didnt listen to our requests/requirements.
  Tried to pressure us into an unnecessary additional land transaction that was borderline illegal ; threatening to refuse completion if we didn't go ahead with it! The whole experience with them was very negative and made us feel extremely uncomfortable - kind of took the excitement away from buying our first home! :(
  I would advise people to avoid them at all costs. We certainly won't ever be using them again.
  If we could give them minus stars, we would.
