  If you care about your sale actually going through avoid these cowboys like the plague. Our buyer had the mis fortune of using Kevin Reilly. A week of saying we would exchange today every day after more delays he refused to answer any more calls and became very agressive & rude. Turns out there was a small error with the buyers mortgage, but instead of explaining which would have helped calm down a rapidly escalating situation - the refusal to speak and explain made matters worse to the point of us about to pull the sale when the exchange suddenly happened. Magic. Totally needless & stressful, rude & agressive. An old fashioned firm which will be squeezed out by modern places - it was a property purchase not a criminal court case - but the way they acted to any query you’d think they were defending Fred West. Avoid and check your chain isn’t using them.
